Estimated Volume. The dollar volume purchased under the Master Agreement is estimated to be approximately $200M annually. While no minimum volume is guaranteed to Supplier, the estimated annual volume is projected based on the current annual volumes among the Principal Procurement Agency, other Participating Public Agencies that are anticipated to utilize the resulting Master Agreement to be made available to them through OMNIA Partners, and volume growth into other Public Agencies through a coordinated marketing approach between Supplier and OMNIA Partners.

Estimated Volume. The UC anticipates spending approximately $8 million annually on as needed and full-service elevator, escalator, chairlift and platform lift, maintenance program. The overall dollar volume of supplies purchased under the contract is estimated to be $80 million annually. While no minimum volume is guaranteed, the estimated annual volume is projected based on the current annual volumes among the UC, other government agencies that intend to utilize the resulting contract to be made available to them through OMNIA Partners, and volume growth into other agencies through a coordinated marketing approach between the Contractor and OMNIA Partners. As outlined in Exhibit A, the awarded supplier(s) are required to pay an administrative fee.

Communities provides marketing support for each Supplier's products through the following: • National Sponsors as referenced above. • Over 85 State Associations of Counties, Schools and Municipal Leagues. • Sales and marketing personnel that directly promote the U.S. Communities Suppliers to Participating Public Agencies through public agency meetings, webinars, direct mail, email, online and print advertising, social media, articles, and exhibiting and presenting at national and local trade shows. • U.S. Communities provides Suppliers government sales training, and a host of online marketing and sales management tools to effectively increase sales through U.S. Communities.

Marketplace U.S. Communities has developed an online Marketplace, which gives Participating Public Agencies the ability to purchase from many U.S. Communities contracts directly from our website. The Marketplace makes it easier for Participating Public Agencies to access many contracts through a single login and place orders using a procurement card, credit card or purchase order. Suppliers have the ability to add their products to the Marketplace at no cost. Multiple Awards Multiple awards may be issued as a result of the solicitation. Multiple Awards will ensure that any ensuing Master Agreements fulfill current and future requirements of the diverse and large number of Participating Public Agencies. Evaluation of Proposals Proposals will be evaluated by the Lead Public Agency in accordance with, and subject to, the relevant statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations that govern its procurement practices.
