Producer’s Obligations Upon Termination. (a) With the exception of a Guild Member engaged through a Loan-out Corporation, whenever the employment insurance separation certificates and pay cheques are not given to the Guild Member at the time of termination, they shall be sent by the Producer to the Guild Member within four (4) business days of the time of termination.
