Common use of Procurement Standards Clause in Contracts

Procurement Standards. Whether or not approval of a procurement is required under Article 9.a., where appropriate, the awardee (including commercial organizations) is responsible for compliance with the procurement standards identified in 2 CFR 215 §§.40 through .48.
