As part of this Limited Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall perform procurement activities, including but not limited to, the full award and release of the Work for the following scopes described below: • Substations • Air Cooled Heat Exchangers • Additional select butterfly and on/off valves • Additional pipe, valves, fittings and supports • Administration activities for the committed purchase orders • Perform bid and evaluation activities for balance of scopes of work
