Common use of Processor’s Processing Records Clause in Contracts

Processor’s Processing Records. Customer acknowledges that Processor is required under the GDPR to: (a) collect and maintain records of certain information, including the name and contact details of processor and/or controller on behalf of which Processor is acting and, where applicable, of such processor’s or controller's local representative and data protection officer, as well as the categories of processing carried out on behalf of each controller, where possible a general description of the technical and organisational security measures; and (b) make such information available to the supervisory authorities.
