Common use of Processing Clause in Contracts

Processing. Upon satisfactory completion by Developer of all required preliminary actions and payments of appropriate processing fees, if any, the City shall, subject to all legal requirements, promptly initiate, diligently process, and complete at the earliest possible time all required steps, and expeditiously act upon any approvals and permits necessary for the development by Developer of the Project in accordance with this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the following:

Processing. Upon satisfactory completion by Developer of all required preliminary actions and payments of appropriate processing fees, if any, the City shall, subject to all legal requirements, promptly initiate, diligently process, and complete at the earliest possible time all required steps, and expeditiously act upon any approvals and permits necessary for the development by Developer of the Project Property in accordance with this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the following:

Upon satisfactory completion by Developer of all required preliminary actions and payments of appropriate processing fees, if any, the City shall, subject to all legal requirements, promptly initiate, diligently process, and complete at the earliest possible time all required steps, and expeditiously act upon any approvals and permits necessary for the development by Developer of the Project and the 100% Affordable Senior Housing Project in accordance with this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the following:

Processing. Upon satisfactory completion by any Developer with respect to that portion of the Project owned by such Developer of all required preliminary actions and payments of appropriate processing fees, if any, the City shall, subject to all legal requirements, promptly initiate, diligently process, and complete at the earliest possible time all required steps, and expeditiously act upon any approvals and permits necessary for the development by such Developer of such portion of the Project in accordance with this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the following:

Processing. Upon satisfactory completion by Developer of all required preliminary actions and payments of appropriate processing fees, if any, the City shall, subject shall promptly commence and diligently proceed to all legal requirements, promptly initiate, diligently process, and complete at the earliest possible time all required steps, and expeditiously act upon any approvals and permits steps necessary for the implementation of this Agreement and the development by Developer of the Project Site in accordance with this Agreement, the Policy Plan including, but not limited to, the following:
