Common use of Processing your application Clause in Contracts

Processing your application. If your application is approved, CDHA will issue you a CDHA- ACHDnetTM identification number, a CDHA-ACHDnetTM office number, written instructions on the use of CDHA-ACHDnetTM and reasonable telephone support. Your access to, or use of, CDHA-ACHDnetTM is considered your agreement to abide by and be bound by this Subscription Agreement.
