Processing your application. If your application is approved, CDHA will issue you a CDHA- ACHDnetTM identification number, a CDHA-ACHDnetTM office number, written instructions on the use of CDHA-ACHDnetTM and reasonable telephone support. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.
