Processing Standards. The Company will implement reportable processing standards with regard to supporting new business and in-force servicing of General Agent’s business. During and after the term of this Agreement, the Company shall use its best efforts to meet processing standards as identified in Appendix C for business sold under this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall measure and report to General Agent, as reasonably requested, actual performance against these standards.
Processing Standards. Customer will be subject to all reasonable processing standards and procedures as set forth in the WISC Data Center Standards and Operating Procedures Manual. WISC will copy all Customer mainframe software and ensure synchronization with Customer Data maintained by WISC, semi-annually, including updates and documentation, and will store in such data WISC's offsite facility, and will provide Customer with access to such copies upon request. As to data, programs and software supplied by WISC to Customer, which are licensed from third party vendors, the Parties recognize that use is subject to the license agreements for each software product and the Parties agree to be bound by such agreements. Upon request WISC shall provide to Customer copies of the terms and conditions of such license agreements.
Processing Standards. Party B shall manufacture the OEM Product in accordance with its own standard manufacturing specifications unless otherwise requested by Party A. In the event the Party A requests special manufacturing specifications for the OEM Product, Party A shall provide Party B with a written request for special manufacturing specifications, including a ▇▇▇▇ of materials (“BOM”) as well as quality control standards within fifteen (15) days after the Execution Date. The special manufacturing specifications shall be subject to Party B’s acceptance and shall come into effect only upon written confirmation by Party B. Party B is solely responsible for the sourcing of all raw materials and any other supplies for the manufacturing of the OEM Product.
Processing Standards. MTF shall comply with the Processing Standards to the extent applicable to MTF's activities as contemplated hereunder.
Processing Standards. The Company shall process and ship Tubular Products in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and any additional or further standards set forth in the Contract. LSS shall have the right to inspect (either itself or by means of an agent) all Tubular Products delivered to LSS or its assignee, and may reject, by notice to the Company within sixty (60) days after delivery and based on a substantiated report to be delivered together with such notice, any portion of a shipment of Tubular Products not meeting the standards set forth herein and in the applicable Contract. LSS also shall have the right to inspect (either itself or by means of an agent), any Tubular Products prior to loading at the point of origin. LSS’s (or its agent’s) inspection shall follow all internal rules when at the Company’s premises. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Section 7, in the event that the Company does not agree with any rejection by LSS of any portion of a shipment of Tubular Products as not meeting the standards set forth herein and in the applicable Contract, the Company has the right, at its own cost, to solicit an independent inspection by an independent surveyor mutually agreed to by the Company and LSS. The opinion of such independent surveyor with respect to whether such rejection by LSS was justified in accordance with the standards articulated in this Section 7 shall be final and binding on both parties.
Processing Standards. RevGuard shall manage all accounts in accordance with the following standards:
3.5.1 Audit of Trip Reports: Review all submitted trip reports for accuracy and completeness.
3.5.2 Data Entry: Enter all patient and trip information into a computerized database.
Processing Standards. The following Processing standards shall be met by the Approved Organic Materials Processing Site:
1. Pre-processing activities shall include the inspection for and removal of Hazardous Waste, glass, or any other contaminant.
2. Composting shall be accomplished by the use of recognized Composting methods, which have been demonstrated to be able to consistently produce a stable, mature Compost product that complies with state regulations, as amended from time to time, is suitable for general purpose use and meets the US Composting Council's Class 1 rating.
3. Post-Composting Processing activities shall include screening to remove plastics and other contaminants from the Compost product.
4. The Approved Organic Materials Processing Site owner and/or operator shall cooperate with the City or its agent(s), if the City wants to collect data, perform field work, and/or evaluate and monitor program results related to Organic Materials Collected in the City by the Contractor.
