Recovery Required Clause Samples
The 'RECOVERY REQUIRED' clause mandates that a party must take specific actions to restore or remedy a situation when a problem, loss, or failure occurs under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the steps the responsible party must follow, such as repairing damage, replacing defective goods, or correcting non-compliant work, often within a set timeframe. Its core practical function is to ensure that issues are promptly addressed and rectified, minimizing disruption and protecting the interests of the non-breaching party.
