Vendor shall keep Personal Data (including Epicor Data) confidential and shall only Process Personal Data (including Epicor Data) on behalf of and in accordance with Epicor’s documented instructions for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement, this DPA and applicable Order Form(s); (ii) Processing initiated by Epicor in its use of the Service;
