Processing Purposes. Vendor shall keep Personal Data (including Epicor Data) confidential and shall only Process Personal Data (including Epicor Data) on behalf of and in accordance with Epicor’s documented instructions for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement, this DPA and applicable Order Form(s); (ii) Processing initiated by Epicor in its use of the Service; (iii) Processing to comply with other documented, reasonable instructions provided by Epicor (for example, via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement. Vendor shall not be required to comply with or observe Epicor’s instructions if such instructions would violate the EU GDPR or other EU law or EU member state data protection provisions; and (iv) as expressly permitted by UK Data Protection Legislation and/or Applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations
