Common use of Processing Order Clause in Contracts

Processing Order. Please see your Card Account on the Site or Mobile App for the posting order of items clearing your Card Account. The processing order of these items is important because if there is not enough money in your Card Account to pay for the items in the order they are processed in accordance with the processing order, there may be an overdraft attempt on your Card Account which may result in non-sufficient fund fees or an increase in the amount of fees. By opening a Card Account pursuant to this Agreement, you are consenting to our authorizing and paying non-sufficient fund fees on your ATM and Card transactions.
