Common use of Processing Order Clause in Contracts

Processing Order. The following Processing Order dictates the order in which we will process your transactions on your Account each Business Day. All credit transactions are processed first. Debits or withdrawals (such as ACH transactions) will be processed in the order in which they are received by us. The processing order of these items is important because if there is not enough money in your Account to pay for the items in the order they are processed in accordance with the processing order, we may decline the transaction, or it may cause an overdraft on your Account.
