Common use of Processes and Organization Clause in Contracts

Processes and Organization. In order to carry out the responsibilities of the Office of the Interconnection for the safe and reliable operation of the Interconnection, the President may establish processes and organization for operating personnel and facilities as the President shall deem appropriate, and shall request such Members as the President shall deem appropriate to participate in such processes and organization. All such processes and organization shall be carried out in accordance with all applicable code of conduct or other functional separation requirements of FERC.
