If Hospital Services are reduced as a result of a system planning process under section 7.2.6 or an integration decision made under the Enabling Legislation, the Funder may recover Funding as agreed in the process in sectionsection 7.2.6 or as set out in the decision, and the process set out in section 5.2 will apply.
