Process for Recovery of Funding as a Result of System Planning or Integration. If Hospital Services are reduced as a result of a system planning process under section 7.2.7 or an integration decision made under LHSIA, the LHIN may recover Funding as agreed in the process in section 7.2.7 or as set out in the decision, and the process set out in section 5.2 will apply.
