Process for Increase Sample Clauses

The "Process for Increase" clause outlines the procedures and requirements for adjusting certain quantities, values, or obligations upward under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the steps a party must follow to request an increase, such as providing written notice, obtaining consent from the other party, or meeting specific conditions. For example, it may apply to increasing the volume of goods ordered, the scope of services provided, or the contract price. The core function of this clause is to ensure that any increases are managed transparently and with mutual agreement, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining contractual clarity.
