Process and Supply Sample Clauses

Process and Supply. During the Term, I3 will Process and supply to NeoRx such doses of the Product as NeoRx may order from I3 pursuant to Purchase Orders. To fulfill the Purchase Orders, each week during the Term of this Agreement I3 shall Process such Batches, or partial Batches, as is necessary to produce only the number of doses of the Product ordered and scheduled for delivery during such week.
