Proceeds of a Sale. Upon the sale of the Public Entity’s ownership interest in the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility the proceeds thereof after the deduction of all costs directly associated and incurred in conjunction with such sale and such other costs that are approved, in writing, by the Commissioner of MMB, but not including the repayment of any debt associated with the Public Entity’s ownership interest in the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility, shall be disbursed in the following manner and order.
