Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory; Certificates. All proceedings, corporate or otherwise, to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have occurred and all appropriate documents incident thereto as Purchaser may request shall have been delivered to Purchaser. The Company and the Shareholders shall have delivered certificates in such detail as Purchaser may request as to compliance with the conditions set forth in this Article 6.
