Proceedings and Instruments Satisfactory; Certificates. All proceedings, corporate or otherwise, to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have occurred and all appropriate documents incident thereto as the Company may request shall have been delivered to the Company. The Purchaser shall have delivered certificates in such detail as the Shareholders may request as to compliance with the conditions set forth in this Article 7.
