Common use of Proceedings and Documents Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Documents Satisfactory. Lessor shall have received such certificates, opinions and other documents as it or its counsel may reasonably require in order to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby, all of which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to it and its counsel. All proceedings in connection with the purchase of the Assets set forth herein and all certificates and documents delivered to Lessor pursuant to this Annex A shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lessor and its counsel acting reasonably and in good faith.
