Common use of Proceedings and Documents Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

Proceedings and Documents Satisfactory. All proceedings taken in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein and all documents and papers reasonably required in connection therewith shall be reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser and its counsel, and Purchaser and its counsel shall have timely received copies of such documents and papers, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser and its counsel, as reasonably requested by Purchaser or its counsel in connection therewith.
