PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING ENGINEERING PROPOSALS. Fort Bend County's Community Development Department requires that engineering firms submitting qualification statements do so in the manner prescribed below. This information should substantiate the capacity and ability of the firm and its staff to perform this type of engineering work. It is also important to list projects completed of a similar nature that demonstrate this capability. Any proposal submitted without all of the information requested below will be considered as non-responsive.
