Procedures for Processing Transfer Requests. 1. The request for transfer shall be submitted to the Superintendent for endorsement. 2. The Superintendent shall acknowledge receipt of the request and schedule an interview with the transfer candidate as soon as possible. 3. The Superintendent shall inform the transfer candidate of the final decision in writing within sixty (60) calendar days.
