Common use of Procedures for Handling Orders Clause in Contracts

Procedures for Handling Orders. Procedures relating to the pricing and handling of purchase and redemption orders for Shares are subject to instructions provided by MFD or its designated agent to Dealer from time to time. The instructions will be effective on the earlier of the date specified in the instructions or the date received by the Dealer. The Funds reserve the right, at their discretion and without notice, to suspend or cease the offer and sale of one or more classes of Shares of any and all of the Funds.
