Procedure for Continuing Contract. A. In accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 3319.08, any teacher anticipating becoming eligible for a continuing contract during the term of this Agreement must notify the Building Principal in writing, with a copy to the Superintendent, by October 15 of the school year in which the teacher becomes eligible. The teacher must have on file by March 1 of the school year of tenure eligibility the following documentation:
