Procedure and Deadlines a. The assigned workload shall be communicated in reasonable detail, in writing, to the Member by June 1 by the President. The President shall consult with the Member(s) concerned and the Faculty Council at least one (1) month prior to June 1. The timetabling of the teaching load shall be communicated in writing to the Member by July 1 by the President. b. The assigned workload shall not be altered except in cases of emergency or a zero enrolment in a course. The reasons for the alteration(s) shall be communicated in writing to the Member concerned.
