PROCEDURAL IRREGULARITIES. When there is a mutual agreement between the Union and the Employer the arbitrator shall have the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance or reply, in order to determine the real matter in dispute.
PROCEDURAL IRREGULARITIES. 2020-10-24 No minor defect in the procedure or in the notice given with respect to any matter dealt with in this by-law, including termination of occupancy under paragraphs 10.01 and 10.02, shall invalidate any decision made, if there has been substantial compliance with the provisions of the by-law and if no injustice results.
