PROBLEM SOLVING, DISPUTE AVOIDANCE AND RESOLUTION. 15.1 As soon as a Service Provider, the Client or an Authorised Entity is aware of any difference or dispute with another arising out of, or in connection with, this Framework Agreement which does not fall to be dealt with under a Call Off Contract, they shall give notice to the other relevant party.
