Problem Reporting Omissions. OCIO’s or any Governmental Entity’s receipt of a report that identifies any problems shall not relieve Vendor of any obligation under this Agreement or waive any other remedy under this Agreement or at law or equity that OCIO or any other Governmental Entity may have.
