Probity. 25.1 You will immediately inform the Contracts Manager of any conflict of interest that has arisen or is likely to arise as a result of You undertaking work for or providing the Service to a third party other than a Service User. 25.2 We may seek an alternative provider for some or all of the Service if We have reasonable grounds for believing that such a conflict has arisen or is likely to arise as a result of information received from You or otherwise.
