Common use of Probationary Employees Clause in Contracts

Probationary Employees. Newly hired employees shall be considered on a probationary basis for a period of four hundred and fifty (450) hours worked. During the probationary period, employees shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of this Agreement. An employee who has not completed his/her probationary period may be released based on a fair and proper assessment against reasonable standards of performance and suitability.
