Probationary and temporary Bargaining. Unit Employees within the affected job role at the affected location(s) shall be laid off first without regard to their individual periods of employment. Non-probationary Bargaining Unit Employees within the affected job role at the affected location(s) shall be laid off next in reverse order of their seniority. No more senior employee shall be laid off as long as there is a less senior employee working hours in the same job role at the affected location(s).
