Common use of Probation Violation Clause in Contracts

Probation Violation. A probation violation is any appointment or reappointment to represent a person in a proceeding concerning an order of probation, including but not limited to the revoking thereof, arising out of a criminal or civil contempt conviction(s) and sentencing(s), under Section 1.5.5. For reporting purposes, Contractor shall report each type of probation violation case by the following subcategories:
