Pro Rata Allocation Method. (See Section 2.3(e)(1) of the BPD.) The QNEC will be allocated as a uniform percentage of Included Compensation to: (1) all Eligible Participants who are Nonhighly Compensated Employees. [ ] (2) all Eligible Participants.

If the Employer elects a ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Contribution Formula under Part 4, #12.d. of the Nonstandardized Agreement [Part 4C, #20.d. of the Nonstandardized 401(k) Agreement], the Employer Contributions made pursuant to such formula will be allocated to each Eligible Participant based on his/her ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act Service in accordance with the employment classifications identified under Schedule A of the Agreement.
