PRN Sample Clauses
The PRN (pro re nata) clause establishes that certain actions or provisions will be taken as needed or as circumstances require, rather than on a fixed schedule. In practice, this means that obligations or services—such as payments, deliveries, or maintenance—are performed only when a specific need arises, rather than at regular intervals. This clause provides flexibility for both parties, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and only when necessary, thereby preventing unnecessary actions and adapting to changing circumstances.
