Prizes Available Sample Clauses
The "Prizes Available" clause defines the specific rewards or incentives that participants can win in a contest, sweepstakes, or promotional event. It typically lists the types, quantities, and approximate values of all prizes being offered, and may include details such as whether prizes are transferable, substitutable, or subject to certain restrictions. This clause ensures transparency for participants by clearly outlining what is at stake, thereby preventing misunderstandings and setting accurate expectations about the rewards.
Prizes Available. All Entrants who complete the Entry requirements herein will receive one (1) promotional VS System card (the “Participation Prize”) for his/her/their participation in the Tournament. The value of the Participation Prize varies based on the secondary market and other factors, and UDC makes no representation or warranty as to the value of the Participation Prize. The total Cash Prize available is valued at three thousand dollars (U.S.D. $3,000.00).
i. In the event there are between four (4) and seven (7) Entrants in the Tournament, the Cash Prize will be distributed as follows: the first place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of two thousand dollars (U.S.D. $2,000.00) and the second place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of one thousand dollars (U.S.D. $1,000.00). The remaining Entrants will not receive a Cash Prize.
ii. In the event there are between eight (8) and fifteen (15) Entrants in the Tournament, the Cash Prize will be distributed as follows: the first place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of one thousand five hundred dollars (U.S.D. $1,500.00), the second place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of seven hundred fifty dollars (U.S.D. $750.00), the third place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of three hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $375.00), and the fourth place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of three hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $375.00). The remaining Entrants will not receive a Cash Prize.
iii. In the event there are between sixteen (16) and thirty one (31) Entrants in the Tournament, the Cash Prize will be distributed as follows: the first place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of nine hundred dollars (U.S.D. $900.00), the second place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of six hundred dollars (U.S.D. $600.00), the third place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of three hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $375.00), the fourth place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of three hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $375.00), the fifth place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of one hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $175.00), the sixth place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of one hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $175.00) the seventh place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of one hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $175.00) the eighth place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of one hundred seventy five dollars (U.S.D. $175.00); and the ninth place Winner will receive a Cash Prize of fifty dollars (U.S.D. $50.00). Prizes Available. All Entrants who complete the Entry requirements herein and participate in the Tournament in accordance with these Rules will receive one (1) promotional Legendary System card (each a “Participation Prize” and collectively, the “Participation Prizes”) for his/her/their participation in the Tournament. The estimated retail value of a Participation Prize is Seventeen Cents ($0.17), however it is impossible to establish the exact retail value of a Participation Prize or predict values based on several conditions such as market conditions, which are subject to change.
