Prizes. 4.1 If you win a prize, we will notify you within 28 days of the end date of the Competition and you will then have 3 months within which to claim the Prize. If you fail to claim the Prize within the time- limit, or fail to comply with any other instructions or time-limits notified to you, you will forfeit your right to the Prize and your claim will be invalid.
Prizes. The winner will become the R&A Women’s Senior Amateur Champion and will be awarded the Xxxxx Trophy and a gold medal. The runner-up will receive a silver medal and the competitor in third place and those tying for third place will each receive a bronze medal. The winner of the 60 and over competition will receive a memento.
Prizes. The winner of each Contest, upon completion of all verifications and obligation requirements described in these Contest Rules, will receive a prize, determined in our sole discretion (the "Prize"). We will distribute prizes according to the Contest Rules and, if applicable, any Contest specific rules, which may be determined by us or our affiliates (including, but not limited to, sponsors of the App or a Contest). In certain instances involving larger Prizes, at our sole discretion, you will be contacted directly to receive it by a mutually agreeable method and payment will be subject to a confirmation of the winner's eligibility to receive a Prize. Any entry by any user that does not comply with the Terms of Use (including these Contest Rules) will be disqualified. We will only issue a Prize to the individual identified in the account information for the winning account. We will use your account information to contact and verify winners in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Out of date or incorrect account information at the time you enter a Contest may disqualify you from receiving a Prize. Failure to provide valid, working contact information in connection with your account may result in termination of that account and forfeiture of any Prizes awarded. We expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entries that we believe in good faith are generated by an automated means or scripts or violates any of these Contest Rules or the Terms of Use. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Our decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest. In no event shall we be obligated to award any Prizes other than the Prize specified in these Contest Rules. The Prize is not assignable and not transferable and no substitutions are permitted. In addition, if the Prize is unable to be fulfilled to the winner due to any applicable law, rule or regulation, or if the winner cannot claim the Prize for any reason, then we reserve the right to not award the Prize at all. The winner shall be responsible and liable for all taxes on the value of the Prize. Winners shall provide us with accurate information regarding their identity and country of residence. You, not we, are responsible for filing and paying applicable taxes on any winnings (Prizes or others).
Prizes a) A memento will be presented to the competitor returning the lowest score for 36 holes in the stroke play qualifying. Ties will be decided on the lowest aggregate score for the second 9 holes (or the last 6 or 3 or 1 hole) on both courses. If a tie still arises, the scores for the first 9 holes will be treated in the same way until a decision is reached. If still a tie the place will be shared.
Prizes. NYCUA shall contribute a total sum for all participating credit unions in the State of New York in the aggregate of prizes awarded throughout twelve months equal to thirty eight thousand dollars ($38, 000.00). The winners of the Monthly and Quarterly Prizes will be drawn from among all participants from New York credit unions in the raffle; they will not be drawn on a per credit union basis. Each winner will be notified via telephone, e-mail, or standard U.S.P.S. mail. The prizes are non-transferable. The prizes are all cash prizes and the amount of the prizes will be deposited into each winner’s regular share account in the credit union through which the winner entered the raffle. The distribution of prizes for the 20__/20__ program year is as follows:
Prizes. One (1) winner will be selected at the end of the Contest Period based on the judging criteria in paragraph six below. The winner will be announced on the following date: May 7, 2021. The winner will win the following items: (1) Free Barbecue for a Year in the form of weekly coupons with a $10 spending limit. The Winner will be announced on Social Media on May 7, 2021. Acceptance of any and all prizes constitutes permission for Dickey’s to use winners’ name, likeness, and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Dickey’s will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of any winners’ acceptance, use or misuse or failure to use any prize, or element thereof. Returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or un-awarded prizes, or any element thereof will not be (re)awarded. Dickey’s shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all action and/or require further information as is reasonable to protect itself, or any of the other promotion partners against fraudulent or invalid claims, potential public scandal, ridicule, or disrepute in awarding any prize to any winner.
Prizes. There are no prizes awarded at the completion of the first round. Winners at the Finalist Xxxx Off in Kingston will be announced live at the event on October 25th, 2014 and via our website, social media and through our sponsors. There are a total of 6 (six) prizes available. One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
Prizes. 4.1. All prizes shall be as described in the Campaign Instructions. You are not permitted to substitute the prizes for cash or any other alternatives. The prizes are also not transferable to any other person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a prize is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative at our sole discretion.
Prizes. A. First place winners will receive a virtual/online visit to their school (or, in the case of a home school winner, to their home or a suitable group presentation) by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx PhD and by either Principal Investigator of the Lucy Mission, Xxx Xxxxxxx PhD or the Deputy Principal Investigator Xxxxx Xxxxx PhD, who will give a presentation to the entire school or select classes, as determined by the school administrator(s) who must approve. First place winners will also receive an autographed copy of one of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx’x books and a letter of recognition. Winning artwork will be displayed at the NASA Lucy Mission launch and on Sponsor’s and NASA and SWRI website(s). If first place winners are able to attend the NASA Lucy Mission launch on October 16, 2021, they will be given VIP tickets and a facility tour. Airfare and lodging expenses will be the sole responsibility of the winner and will not be provided by Sponsor.
