Privileged Materials. With respect to all materials and communications relating to the Collateral with or in the possession of Collateral Agent or its counsel that are subject to any claim of privilege in favor of Collateral Agent, each Secured Creditor agrees that Collateral Agent shall not be required to take any action under this Agreement that compromises the privileged nature of such conversations or materials, and all such privileges shall be preserved.
