Common use of Privilege Clause in Contracts

Privilege. The Parties recognize that legal and other professional services have been and will be provided prior to and following the date hereof that were or will be rendered for the benefit of each of the Parties to this Agreement. The Parties agree that their respective rights with respect to all privileged information in connection with such services shall be governed by Sections 4.4, 7.6 and 7.7 of the Separation Agreement.
