Privately Funded Projects Clause Samples
Privately Funded Projects. In the event the Employer bids on a privately funded project that is awarded, the contract wage and benefit package in existence at the time of contract award or Notice to Proceed (NTP) whichever is later may be used during the first twenty-four (24) months of the project. The wage and benefit package will be updated to the present day package every twenty-four (24) months thereafter that the project continues.
