Private Residence. The term "Private Residence" shall mean any ----------------- single-dwelling-unit private residence or any multiple-dwelling unit private residence (such as an apartment building or residential hotel, but not a transient or temporary residence establishment and not a nursing or rest home) in which the Service is, or is to be, performed only in private residential areas thereof and not in any public or common areas thereof.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term.

  • STAFF ORIENTATION 4101 The Employer shall provide an appropriate orientation program for nurses newly employed. The orientation program shall include such essential information as policies, nursing procedures, the location of supplies and equipment, fire, safety and disaster plans. Where necessary, orientation shall be provided for nurses moving to a new area of practice. 4102 The Employer shall provide a program of inservice education for nurses pertinent to patient care. 4103 The Employer shall provide, access to reference materials as is required in relation to maintaining current knowledge of general nursing care.   • Bus Drivers For overtime worked on normal working days or on days of rest, bus drivers shall be paid as follows:

  • Residential Residential, Multi-unit (RM) Residential, Single-unit (R) Residential, One-acre (R1A) Residential, Two-acre (R2A) Residential, Three-acre (R3A) Residential, Estate (RE)

  • Family The District shall contribute no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium toward family coverage. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for family dental coverage.

  • Name of Building Tenant shall not use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises without the written consent of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to change the name of the Building at any time in its sole discretion by written notice to Tenant and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss, cost or expense on account of any such change of name.

  • Home a place of abode and lands used or operated in connection with the place of abode.
