Common use of Private Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Private Infrastructure. All private services and infrastructure located on the Lands, including but not limited to the private circulation driveway(s), laterals for water and sewer, and any private stormwater pipes or collection systems, shall be owned, operated and maintained by the Developer. Furthermore, the Municipality shall not assume ownership of any of the private infrastructure or service systems constructed on the Lands.
