Private Infrastructure Sample Clauses
The 'Private Infrastructure' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, access, and maintenance of privately owned infrastructure within the context of an agreement. This may include assets such as private roads, utilities, or communication networks that are not publicly owned but are essential for the parties' operations. The clause typically outlines who is responsible for upkeep, who may access the infrastructure, and any limitations or conditions on its use. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by clearly allocating rights and obligations related to private infrastructure between the parties.
