Common use of Privacy Principles Clause in Contracts

Privacy Principles. ‌ The Licensee must comply with, and ensure that its personnel (including employees, contractors, agents, subcontractors and third party service providers) involved in performing services under this agreement, comply with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth) and any other applicable privacy laws or codes when accessing, collecting, storing, using or otherwise handling personal information in connection with this agreement including in the same way and to the same extent as the Issuers would have been bound if the Issuers had done the act or engaged in the practice.
