Common use of Privacy Principles Clause in Contracts

Privacy Principles. The Contractor agrees to be bound by the Information Privacy Principles and regulations with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Contractor under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as the University would have been bound by the Principles in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by the University.

Privacy Principles. The Contractor agrees to be bound by the Information Privacy Principles and regulations any Code of Practice (Principles) (with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Contractor under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as the University Principal would have been bound by the Principles in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by the UniversityPrincipal.

The Contractor agrees to be bound by (and will ensure that its Personnel are bound by) the Information PDP Act and the Health Records Act (including the Privacy Principles Principles), any applicable Code of Practice, and regulations the privacy procedures and policies which form part of the V/Line Policies and Procedures with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Contractor under or in connection with this Agreement in the same way and to the same extent as the University V/Line would have been bound by the Privacy Principles and any applicable Code of Practice in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by the UniversityV/Line.
