Privacy Issues. Schedule 4.15 contains a complete and accurate copy of the privacy policy or policies to which Seller is bound in respect of its Subscribers with respect to all data collected from or relating to such customers (the “Privacy Policy”). Neither the execution, delivery, nor performance of this Agreement by Seller, nor the consummation of the transaction contemplated under this Agreement will violate any Privacy Policy or the rights of any Subscriber (including the right to notice) under any Privacy Policy.
