Privacy Audit/Review. Note: This includes a review of privacy protection policies and practices to ensure the following patient privacy protections.  Information systems have been reviewed to ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITEC and other federal rules and state statutes specific to family planning services, and to safeguard against unauthorized access, or release or disclosure.  Staff persons, who have authorization and responsibility to provide direct or support services, reviewed privacy protection policies and protocols.
